当店の商品はすべて、一点ものの着物を使用したリメイク作品です。
そのため、以下の理由により、ご注文確定後の返品・返金はお受けしておりません。

▼ 返品をお受けできない主な理由

・着物はもともと使用・保管されていたお品であり、生地特有の経年変化・色味の差・小さな織りムラなどがある場合がございます。
・仕立ての際も、柄の配置や縫い代の取り方は着物ごとに異なります。
　そのため、商品ページの画像と柄の出方や色味の印象が異なる場合があります。
・光の加減やモニター環境によって、色の見え方が異なることもございます。
・リメイクの構造上、サイズの微差（±1〜2cm程度）が生じる場合がございます。

これらはすべて、着物リメイクならではの“個性”としてお楽しみいただければ幸いです。

 

Q. How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped from Japan within 1–3 business days after purchase.
International delivery usually takes 3–7 business days via express courier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

 

Q. How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free of charge. Please note that import VAT and duties may be collected by the carrier upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

 

Q. How should I care for my dress?

We recommend professional dry cleaning.
If you hand-wash, please use cold water and handle gently.
When ironing, use a low temperature with a pressing cloth to protect the fabric.
